The Grand Brighton is often described as a beautiful hotel, sometimes feeling like stepping into a film. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms with comfortable beds, while those in superior rooms facing inland have found them immaculate and tastefully decorated. Its location is ideal, close to the pier and the beach right across the road, although some found certain rooms to be on the smaller side. Acceptable Stay with Preventable Issues

omelette stationfaulty room keysshower mixer tap
The breakfast had a good variety. The omelette station was a nice touch.
The room keys often did not work. It took multiple attempts to enter the room. The shower mixer tap made it difficult to get a normal temperature without the water streaming way too fast.

the breakfast buffet included a chef who prepares fresh omelettes. i found the staff attentive and friendly, they offered a wide choice of fruit, pastries, cheeses, and breads. cooked breakfast options were delicious. i appreciated the yoghurts, granola, and various jams.
the tv was difficult to operate. there were no instructions available in the room, so i had to call reception for assistance. this was a small inconvenience! though the service recovered fast.

the breakfast offered an excellent choice.
the decor outside the room looked poor with threadbare carpets. i observed peeling paint throughout the area. the bathroom lacked proper water pressure, resulting in a scalding hot shower because reduced temperature stopped the flow.
